" I PLATANI " is a bed and breakfast realized in a traditional Tuscan Country  house.

The building is surrounded by a marvelous garden with trees and flowers of the area. In fact the plane-trees around the house have inspired  the name of our location.

The bed and breakfast is nearby the  freeway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (FI-PI-LI), and it is easily reachable by car either from Florence, Pisa or Livorno’s harbor. The house is a good base to enjoy medieval towns such as San Miniato, Monterriggioni, Castelfafi, San Giminiano, Volterra and Lucca.

The B&B offers to all its guests the first floor of the house which is composed by three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living-room  were you might enjoy a good book. Internet is also available on request. The breakfast is home-made and it is  served in the big kitchen, where the lemon grove in the garden can be admired through the French windows and an old fashion fireplace makes  the environment very pleasant. In spring and in summer the breakfast can be served in the veranda.
